Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for digital marketing initiatives.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), and content marketing.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights to improve effectiveness.

Content Management:

  • Manage engaging and relevant digital content, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.

  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow the organization's presence on social media platforms.

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns, including content creation, posting schedules, and audience engagement strategies.

SEO and SEM:

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, ensuring efficient use of budget and maximum ROI.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

  • Prepare regular reports, highlighting key metrics and providing insights for continuous improvement.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the digital landscape.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.

  • Communicate effectively with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of four years of experience in digital marketing(SEO, SMM, SEM, PPC).

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

  • Ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape.

Note: Candidates from Software House/IT Company/Services or Saas Based background will be given preference.
