We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer building modern web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both frontend and backend JavaScript technologies, with additional experience in automation and strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full stack web applications using JavaScript technologies
- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces
- Design and develop backend services and APIs using Node.js
- Manage and optimize databases
- Implement automation workflows and scripts to streamline processes
- Integrate third-party APIs and services
- Debug, test, and improve application performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Frontend: React/Next JS
- Backend: Node.js (Express.js or similar frameworks)
- Database: MongoDB (preferred) or PostgreSQL
- Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON-based communication
- Hands-on experience with automation (scripts, APIs, or tools like Zapier/Make)
- Proficiency with Git and version control
- Understanding of asynchronous programming and modern JS (ES6+)
- Basic knowledge of deployment (Vercel, AWS, or similar)
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site
- Problem solving mindset
- Self-driven and accountable
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to Docker or containerization
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
