We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Kingston Bright Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and contributing to our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  •  Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from customers.
  •  Make outbound calls to clients, following scripts and guidelines provided.
  •  Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries.
  •  Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  •  Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  •  Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  •  Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Qualifications:

  •  Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related field is preferred.
  •  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  •  Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  •  Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
  •  Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  •  Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
  •  High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Experience:
