CSR (Night Shift)

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales orientation, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into sales, and supporting the company’s growth objectives. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to engage customers effectively to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities
- Address customer queries and provide accurate, timely information
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Strong spoken and listening English communication skills
- Basic computer skills to manage customer data and use CRM software
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal abilities

The position requires availability for night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Karachi at our office on the 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, Merewether Road, near Avari Towers, Civil Lines.
