CSR – Sales (Customer Sales Representative)

Mars BPO is looking for motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities

- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the system

Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and listening
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal abilities

The position is full-time and suitable for freshers looking to start a career in sales. Working hours are scheduled for the evening shift, from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The role is based onsite at the company’s office in Karachi. Monthly compensation ranges from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000, reflecting both base salary and performance incentives.
