Crown Electric Mobility is seeking a dedicated Branch Manager to oversee and drive the operations of a retail or showroom branch. The successful candidate will lead a small team, ensuring operational excellence and the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of experience in managing retail or showroom operations and demonstrates a proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including achieving sales goals, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting team members' growth. Managing a team of two staff members, the individual will play a crucial role in coaching, motivating, and evaluating personnel to meet company standards and objectives.
Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of two staff members to achieve branch sales and service objectives.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and customer base within the branch territory.
Ensure operational excellence by managing day-to-day branch activities, including inventory control, merchandising, and store maintenance.
Conduct regular staff training and development sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Maintain high standards of customer service by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Implement best practices to improve branch productivity and efficiency.

Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless supply chain and marketing activities.
Manage financial controls including budgeting, cash handling, and expense management.
