This role requires a professional who can oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial design documentation to finishing elements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design standards. The ideal candidate utilizes Building Information Modeling, advanced AutoCAD techniques, and 3D modeling tools to create detailed construction plans and visualizations. Although this position does not involve managing a team, the candidate must demonstrate strong project coordination and site analysis abilities to deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines and budget constraints. The Architect Ure plays a critical role in translating design concepts into practical construction documentation and detailed plans. Proficiency in cost estimation and site analysis supports effective resource allocation and project feasibility assessments. Responsibilities

Develop detailed construction documentation and drawings using AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling software.
