We're running an Online Hiring Tournament on February 24th to hire VP's of Technical Sales (USD $200K/yr).

This event will include all testing for the role. Upon grading the deliverables from the event, we will set up qualified candidates with an interview with the hiring manager, who can hire 10 Inside Sales Representatives that week! This is a 100% remote, full-time role.

This tournament will be hosted for our client ESW Capital, who will be hiring the Inside Sales Representatives who win this tournament.

As a VP of Technical Sales, you will work within one of the ESW operating companies, and have exposure to a portfolio of dozens of products. You will be expected to develop deep technical and solution vision expertise in 3-5 products. When you and your sales team(s) identify an opportunity for customer engagement, you will have access to the entirety of the portfolio and have the opportunity to influence future roadmap considerations.

Given the breadth of offerings and appetite to acquire products in many different technical and market arenas, a candidate must have a high degree of business acumen and be deeply technical. He or she will be able to quickly pick up new technologies and problem domains -- he or she cannot be a single category/domain leader or have learned software through roles in marketing and project management.

A great candidate for the role will be able to rapidly identify customers’ technical and business needs, diligence the existing architecture of the customer’s environment and develop a vision of how our solution can seamlessly integrate or transform the architecture and customers’ business outcomes as part of deployment.
