Android Chief Software Architect ($100K/yr) - Online Hiring Tournament

We're running an Online Hiring Tournament on July 21st to hire Android Chief Software Architects (USD $100K/yr).

This event will include testing. Upon grading the deliverables from the event, we will set up qualified candidates with an interview with the hiring manager.

This is a 100% remote, full-time role.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience building high traffic and large scale Enterprise Android apps
  • Proficiency in Java8, Andoird Studio, REST API, HTML5, Javascript, jQuery, Ajax
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 8 years of experience on hands-on development and related technologies
  • Leadership experience of 2+ years in creating, deploying, and iterating excellent softwares with a team size of at least 1 junior member
  • Extensive experience with unit testing
  • Has good experience with the TDD approach, doing unit testing, mocking, integration/UI testing, behavior driver testing.
  • Has good experience working with, setting up and configuring any continuous integration and delivery systems, any code quality automation technologies.
  • Has experience with one or more cloud or devops services like AWS, Docker, Heroku, Digitalocean, etc.
  • A true “roll up the sleeves and get it done” working approach
  • Demonstrated success as a problem solver, result-oriented, self-starter
  • Comfortable “working virtually” with teammates and customers around the world. We do a lot of Skype and video conferencing
  • Good proficiency in English language
