  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in the BPO industry (Customer Service, Technical Support, or similar roles).
  • Language Skills: Exceptional spoken and written English, with excellent pronunciation and clarity.Preference will be given to IELTS qualified individuals.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and provide timely solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Customer-Centric: A passion for providing outstanding customer service, customer care and satisfaction..
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using customer service tools and technology.
