We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. This is a casual role with a flexible schedule, compensated through a performance bonus based on a percentage of contract intake. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads for the firm through networking, prospecting, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs to refer to Marketing founder as leads.
  • Create and execute outreach strategies via email, social media, and phone to secure meetings and consultations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and ensure consistent pipeline growth.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably in marketing or consulting services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset.
