Manager Export

The Manager Export at Crescent Bahuman Limited leads the export operations to ensure smooth and efficient shipment processes. This role involves collaborating closely with Planning and Production teams to execute export shipments on time and overseeing ex-mill shipment plans and vehicle placement to facilitate seamless dispatch operations. The Manager Export is responsible for ensuring full compliance with all export documentation, Customs and EFS requirements, and company Standard Operating Procedures. Managing a team of 15 persons, the role requires strong leadership to coordinate people and processes to optimize cost and improve overall logistics efficiency. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of export logistics, customs compliance, and effective coordination with multiple internal departments. The Manager Export drives continuous improvement initiatives to improve cost efficiency and process effectiveness. Regular monitoring of purchase orders, logistics records, and regulatory compliance are critical aspects of this role. Ensuring timely submission of export bills and related documentation to Finance also forms a key part of the responsibilities. The candidate must bring at least 10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating the ability to manage export operations while leading a team and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with Planning and Production teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of export shipments.
Review GWP and ex-mill shipment plans, oversee vehicle placement, and coordinate dispatch operations for seamless export delivery.
Ensure full compliance with export documentation, Customs regulations, EFS requirements, and company Standard Operating Procedures.
Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives across export logistics, documentation processes, and dispatch operations.
Manage a team of 15 persons, providing guidance, performance monitoring, and support to meet export targets and deadlines.
Ensure the timely closure of purchase orders and maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics records in the ERP system.
Monitor EFS consumption consistently to ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and company-specific requirements.
Ensure timely submission of export bills, shipment documents, and other related paperwork to the Finance department.
Drive continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs across all aspects of export logistics.
Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve operational issues and improve service quality.
Qualifications: BBA / MBA Supply Chain
Experience:
8 ~ 10 years in Export Logistics, International Shipping / Supply Chain in Denim Manufacturing Industry
