Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice on corporate and compliance matters
Ensure regulatory compliance across all business activities
Oversee corporate governance practices and support the board of directors
Manage legal documentation, contracts, and records with precision and confidentiality
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on legal strategies and risk management

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A strong legal background with 5+ years of experience in corporate law, ideally within a corporate or industrial setting. Firm knowledge and application of company law is a must.

Deep understanding of company secretarial duties, governance, and regulatory compliance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to addressing legal and compliance challenges
Holds an LLB or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in company secretarial practices are a plus.
