Assistant Manager MEP

Crescent Bahuman Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager MEP with at least five years of experience to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects within the organization. This role involves planning and executing various mechanical projects by managing timelines, budgets, and milestones effectively. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in pneumatic and hydraulic systems, automation systems, boiler operations, HVAC and cooling, generator and power management, as well as corrective and preventive maintenance practices. The candidate will coordinate closely with different stakeholders to ensure all projects are completed on schedule and within scope. In this role, the Assistant Manager MEP is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting denim garment washing and finishing machinery to minimize breakdowns and reduce downtime, ensuring smooth production operations. The position requires hands-on management of complex mechanical systems and implementation of detailed maintenance strategies. While this role does not include team management responsibilities, it demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently to lead breakdown troubleshooting efforts and ensure timely restoration of production equipment.
Responsibilities

Plan and execute mechanical projects, including defining timelines, budgets, and key milestones to ensure successful project completion.
Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and meet project delivery schedules.
Maintain and troubleshoot denim garment washing and finishing machinery to minimize equipment breakdowns and reduce production downtime.
Manage pneumatic, hydraulic, automation, boiler, HVAC, cooling, generator, and power systems to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to extend machinery lifespan and avoid unplanned breakdowns.
Lead corrective maintenance activities promptly to restore production equipment and minimize operational disruption.
Monitor inventory control to maintain adequate spare parts and material availability for maintenance tasks.
Analyze equipment performance trends and propose improvements for systems reliability and efficiency.
Prepare technical reports and documentation relating to maintenance and project status for management review.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance and project execution activities.
