Data Entry Operator

Creative IT Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses strong typing skills with high accuracy and basic computer knowledge. This role involves entering data accurately into our systems, verifying information, and maintaining data integrity throughout all processes. The position is suitable for individuals with intermediate or bachelors educational qualifications and good comprehension of English reading and writing. Candidates will work independently and are not required to manage a team. The Data Entry Operator plays a vital role in ensuring that data is correctly recorded and maintained for various departmental needs. The role demands excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently. The candidate must be proficient with basic computer applications and capable of understanding and following data entry protocols to support operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

Enter data into the companys database systems with high accuracy and speed.
Verify and cross-check entered information to ensure correctness and completeness.
Maintain and update data records as required by the management.
Identify and report data discrepancies or errors to the appropriate personnel.
Use basic computer applications such as word processors and spreadsheets to manage and organize data.
Follow company data entry policies and procedures to ensure data confidentiality and security.
Assist in generating routine reports and summaries from entered data.
Maintain filing and documentation of data for easy retrieval and reference.
Meet daily and monthly data entry targets set by the company.
Communicate effectively to clarify data entry requests or resolve any data-related issues.
