Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the skincare range’s roadmap and strategy.
- Create stories, in partnership with marketing, around active ingredients to drive cohesive skin care regimens.
- Survey the competitive landscape to develop best-in-class skincare products by identifying trends, efficacious ingredients, current and emerging competition.
- Responsible of managing cost of goods (COGs) and margins.
- Point person on skincare product briefs, formula evaluation, marketing, artwork, regulatory deliverables, and packaging.
- Responsible for the day-to-day communication with packaging vendors, contract manufacturers (CMs), ingredients suppliers, regulatory, marketing, customer experience, operations, project managers and upper management.
- Manage and lead claim approvals with regulatory, formula testing including clinicals, stability and compatibility.
- Drive online and offline sales with the help of marketing and operations.
- Be responsible for the brand’s online visibility.
Core Skills Required:
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good at multitasking.
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required in Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA would be a plus.
- At least 4 to 5 years of brand management experience.
