Export Specialist

Covenant Logistics, an American-owned export company, is seeking a skilled Export Specialist to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in export operations and hold at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in logistics or a related field. This role requires someone who can immediately adapt and contribute to managing and optimizing shipping routes, negotiating the best prices, and ensuring smooth port operations. Candidates with experience solely in import operations will not be considered. Must be willing and able to work and take on responsibility from the agreed upon start date.

Key Responsibilities:

Quickly secure and negotiate the most cost-effective shipping routes and prices.
Handle documentation and ensure compliance with international export regulations.
Coordinate efficiently with port authorities and manage port operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transport providers.
Ensure timely delivery of shipments and resolve any operational challenges.
Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams regarding shipping status.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in export operations (import-only experience will not be considered).
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in logistics or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of port operations and international shipping regulations.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to take initiative and make an immediate impact in the role.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in export management software and tools.
