Courier Riders

We are seeking full-time, on-site courier riders based in Lahore to join our dynamic delivery team. The role involves timely pickup and delivery of parcels across the city, requiring a good understanding of Lahore’s routes. Candidates must be prepared to work rotating shifts and undertake travel as part of their daily responsibilities. This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary with additional fuel allowance and per-parcel commission.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform efficient pickup and delivery of parcels within Lahore according to assigned schedules.
- Navigate city routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any issues encountered.
- Adhere to safety and traffic regulations while operating the vehicle.
- Manage and document delivery records accurately.
- Participate in rotating shifts and be flexible to travel requirements as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
- Possession of a valid driving license suitable for motorcycle operation.
- Ownership of a registered motorcycle in good working condition.
- Strong knowledge of Lahore’s road network and traffic patterns.
- Ability to work on-site full-time with a commitment to rotating shifts.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of riding and parcel handling.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience in courier or delivery services is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Compensation ranges from PKR 20,000 to PKR 27,000 monthly.
- Additional fuel allowance provided to support operational costs.
- Per-parcel commission structure to reward performance and efficiency.
