Shift: 6 PM to 2 AM (Pakistan Time)
Salary: PKR 35,000 to 70,000 (Based on experience)
Commission: Available (Performance-based)

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch trucks to pick up and deliver freight according to customer requests.
Maintain constant communication with drivers and clients to ensure smooth and timely delivery operations.
Resolve any issues that arise during transportation, such as delays, route changes, or mechanical problems.
Negotiate rates with carriers and complete necessary paperwork related to freight shipments.
Track and monitor loads, updating clients with real-time information about their deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of dispatched trucks, driver logs, and completed shipments.
Work closely with other departments to ensure overall efficiency in logistics and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in truck dispatching is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities to handle dispatching challenges.

Education:

A-Levels/Intermediate or higher.
