We are hiring a Sales Development Representative for a dynamic client. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a neutral or American accent, and experience in international calling, lead generation, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to international clients, primarily in North America.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Follow up on leads, handle objections, and schedule meetings for senior sales teams.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the client’s products/services to effectively communicate value to prospects.
- Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English with an excellent accent.
- Prior experience in international sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
- Strong persuasion skills and ability to handle rejection.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
