If you have a strong background in HRMIS, ERP systems, and enjoy providing training and troubleshooting support, we want you on our team! Help us enhance our HR processes by assisting with upgrades, custom modules, and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and troubleshooting support for HRMIS (Human Resource Management Information System).
  • Assist in planned system upgrades, adding new applications and modules to our ERP (HRMIS and custom modules).
  • Collaborate with software developers to create detailed design specifications for system enhancements.
  • Capture and analyze customer business requirements, translating them into effective ERP solutions.
  • Ensure the smooth operation and integration of HR-related software with the existing ERP system.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience specifically in handling HR-related software.
  • Proficiency in Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
