- Verification of PD, PCR, Wash load and Bulk recipe chemicals and highlighting any difference of chemicals in them.
- Verification of 1st Wash load Risk Analysis along with Shade approvals and measurement analysis
- Verify that garment induction is done cut/shade wise while issuance is done after QC batch quantity counting and QC shade approval confirmation
- Verify that GDP working is done size and shade wise along with the QC checkpoints where applicable.
- Verify that QC/Production reports are being made/shared as per requirement
- Check that chemical issuance/management is being done sale order wise
