Cotton Web Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Time Office Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee time tracking and attendance records to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate payroll processing by gathering and verifying attendance data, and promptly addressing any discrepancies.
  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Implement and monitor service quality standards across hospitality operations to enhance the employee experience.
  • Oversee all canteen operations, ensuring food quality, safety regulations, and health standards are consistently met.
  • Engage with team members, providing guidance and support to a team of four individuals to promote a productive workplace.
  • Support sales-related activities by analyzing performance metrics related to employee attendance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with management to optimize workflows and improve operational processes within the time office.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members in time management practices, workplace hygiene, and customer service standards.
  • Foster a positive working environment by encouraging open communication and teamwork within the time office.
