OD Specialist

Cotton Web Limited is searching for an enthusiastic and innovative OD Specialist to join our dynamic team. The OD Specialist will focus on various aspects of Organizational Development, including policy formulation and implementation, designing strategies to improve performance, and promoting employee engagement. As a fresh graduate or an individual with up to two years of experience, you will have the opportunity to develop your career in Human Resources while making a meaningful impact on our organizational culture. This role does not involve managing a team, allowing you to focus on personal development and gaining hands-on experience in the field.
