Incharge Quality Assurance-Washing

Cotton Web Limited is seeking an experienced and dedicated Incharge Quality Assurance to join our team and lead our quality initiatives. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of enhancing our quality management system and ensuring the highest standards of product excellence across all technical processes, including cutting, sewing, and finishing. As a leader, you will manage a team of five quality assurance professionals, driving them toward continuous improvement and excellence in their respective roles. This position demands a proactive approach to quality measurement and standards, ensuring compliance with established quality assurance protocols and enhancing overall product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective quality measurement tools and standards to ensure that all products meet established excellence criteria.
Conduct comprehensive analyses of technical processes, specifically focusing on cutting, sewing, and finishing, to identify areas for process improvement.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that comply with industry best practices and align with company objectives.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of current Quality Assurance standards and practices, ensuring all processes are compliant and contribute positively to product quality.
Communicate quality standards, procedures, and best practices clearly across various departments to foster a culture of quality assurance.
Lead and mentor a team of five quality assurance professionals, promoting teamwork and continuous learning within the group.
Monitor and evaluate the implementation of quality assurance initiatives and provide regular feedback and reports to upper management.
Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and implement effective corrective actions in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance to incorporate new methods and technologies into existing standards.
Conduct training sessions for staff on quality assurance practices, emphasizing the importance of quality in every operational aspect.
