We are seeking an Email Marketer to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing email marketing campaigns for the construction industry to drive customer engagement, conversions, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, excellent writing and design skills, and the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize future campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Create engaging and targeted email content, including writing and designing emails.
- Manage email lists, including segmentation, cleaning, and growth strategies.
- Set up and send emails using email marketing software (e.g. Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- Track and analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Optimize future campaigns based on data analysis and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing.
Requirements:
- Experience in email marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and spam laws.
- Excellent writing and design skills.
- Experience with email marketing software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
