This is a full-time on-site role for a Final Expense Closer at COREX BPO in Rawalpindi. As a Final Expense Closer, you will be responsible for Closing Sales and facilitating Customers. You will be qualifying customers for best plans, and closing the sales. You will work closely with agents to ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in closings and deal closure processes in a call center
- Proven ability to effectively close deals
- Experience in US-based campaigns (FE, Medicare, ACA etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willing to work in night shifts (8 pm-5 am)
