Core Tech Partner is seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with a minimum of three years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend services and modern web applications. This role involves working with NestJS and TypeScript for backend development while building responsive front-end solutions using Next.js and React. The developer will play a critical role in creating efficient RESTful APIs, optimizing database designs, and implementing robust security measures including authentication and authorization.
The role requires active participation in debugging, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and deployment activities, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows. The candidate will also contribute to DevOps processes to streamline releases and ensure reliable application performance. This position demands strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services using NestJS and TypeScript to support business requirements.
- Build modern, responsive web applications using Next.js and React to provide a seamless user experience.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs along with integrating third-party services to enhance application functionality.
- Design efficient database schemas and optimize queries to improve data retrieval and storage performance.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms following best security practices to safeguard applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver features.
- Participate actively in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making for system improvements.
- Lead code review sessions to ensure adherence to quality standards and mentor junior developers to foster growth.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented source code with an emphasis on code readability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
- Engage in deployment processes, automate workflows through CI/CD pipelines, and support DevOps initiatives to ensure smooth releases.
- Manage and mentor a team of two developers, providing guidance and overseeing their professional development.
