Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement creative social media strategies to engage our target audience.
  • Curate content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that align with our brand voice and objectives.
  • Manage social media accounts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.

Paid Advertising:

  • Create and execute effective paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Utilize Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions, with a focus on copywriting and keyword optimization.
  • Continuously optimize ad campaigns based on performance metrics and industry trends.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

SEO Skills:

  • Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to our website.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement technical SEO enhancements as needed.

Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates on campaign performance, KPIs, and actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management and paid advertising.
  • Strong proficiency in managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, with demonstrated skills in copywriting, keyword research, and campaign optimization.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience implementing SEO strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Creative thinker with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
