  • The candidate has to be good at communication skills in English,
  • The learning capacity has to be quick, 
  • Candidate must have the ability to adjust to the environment accordingly, 
  • Must be punctual in nature and sober, 
  • Must have the ability to identify customer's needs and issues, 
  • Should be able to manage a large number of calls in a timely manner, 
  • Must be having problem-solving skills and convincing power.

Job timings are from 1pm to 10 pm.
