Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist the owner with scheduling, email management, and correspondence.
    • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
    • Organize and attend meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
  • Operational Assistance:
    • Help manage daily store operations, coordinating with staff to ensure smooth workflows.
    • Track inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships.
    • Assist in implementing basic operational systems (POS, HR software, etc.).
  • Legal & HR Coordination:
    • Support the owner with legal and HR documentation, such as employment contracts and health insurance plans.
    • Coordinate with legal professionals on LLP setup and other business matters.
  • Customer & Staff Communication:
    • Serve as a liaison between the owner, staff, and customers to ensure clear communication and smooth operations.
  • Basic Financial Oversight:
    • Help track expenses, invoices, and financial reports for review.
    • Assist in payroll and employee benefits administration.
  • Technology Support:
    • Maintain business technology (Microsoft Office, POS systems) and assist with any tech-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle both administrative and operational tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in basic HR and legal coordination.
  • Good communication and people skills to manage relationships with staff and customers.
  • Prior experience as a personal or executive assistant in a business environment is preferred.
  • Must have access to a motorcycle for transport daily
