Location: Islamabad, Pakistan

Working Hours: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM Pakistan time
Break: One-hour paid break

We are hiring Healthcare Case Workers to work from our office in Islamabad. This is not a remote or work-from-home position.

The successful candidate will provide non-clinical support to patients in the United States by telephone, helping them access healthcare and community services.


Responsibilities
  • Communicate professionally and empathetically with U.S. patients by telephone to understand and address their healthcare-related needs.
  • Identify and assess barriers to care such as challenges with medical appointments, transportation, medications, food, housing, and other social determinants of health.
  • Assist patients in locating and accessing appropriate healthcare and community resources tailored to their specific needs.
  • Coordinate healthcare appointments, referrals, transportation services, and other support resources to ensure seamless patient care experiences.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with patients and healthcare providers to monitor progress and resolve any ongoing issues.
  • Document every patient interaction accurately and thoroughly within the electronic health record system in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Escalate any urgent or medical concerns to the appropriate clinical teams to ensure timely intervention and patient safety.
  • Protect patient confidentiality rigorously and comply with all HIPAA requirements to safeguard sensitive health information.
  • Meet and exceed documentation quality standards, productivity goals, and patient service benchmarks to maintain high levels of performance.
  • Demonstrate strong computer and data-entry skills to manage patient information efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
  • Work effectively during night shifts in the Islamabad office with consistent attendance and punctuality, including managing the one-hour paid break.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development activities to stay informed about healthcare policies, procedures, and community resources.
