ContactVA is seeking an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead its marketing and user acquisition efforts across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in App Store Optimization, performance marketing, and data-driven campaign management to enhance app visibility and conversion rates. This role demands proficiency in analyzing mobile analytics data, conducting A/B testing, and optimizing campaigns to drive both organic and paid growth. The marketer will implement effective strategies to maximize user acquisition and revenue growth within the B2B and SaaS sectors. In addition to managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, the candidate will build, train, and lead a dedicated marketing team of 10 professionals. Strong leadership abilities are essential to foster collaboration, maintain consistent execution of growth initiatives, and develop scalable marketing operations. This role operates at the intersection of strategic planning and tactical execution, requiring a professional who can translate data insights into actionable marketing plans that contribute to long-term growth and business success.Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive App Store Optimization strategies to improve app rankings, visibility, and user engagement across major app stores.
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager to maximize user acquisition and return on investment.
- Analyze data from mobile analytics tools and other metrics to monitor campaign effectiveness and user behavior, identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements including creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to enhance conversion rates and campaign performance.
- Create and implement user acquisition strategies that leverage both organic growth tactics and paid advertising to achieve scalable growth.
- Manage and oversee daily campaign management activities, ensuring timely execution and optimization of marketing efforts based on real-time data.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and product roadmaps.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure continuous growth and skill enhancement.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to anticipate market changes and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Establish clear performance metrics, set team goals, and regularly report on marketing campaign outcomes to senior leadership.
- Drive innovation in marketing processes and apply best practices to achieve superior efficiency and effectiveness in all campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently to optimize the allocation of resources across campaigns and channels.
- Implement data governance and quality standards to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and measurement of campaign success.
