We are seeking a highly qualified professional with a robust academic foundation in business, economics, finance, or IT-related disciplines. The ideal candidate will hold a master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, along with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Computer or Software Engineering, Economics Management, or Finance. This role focuses on driving organizational transformation, managing change initiatives, and delivering complex programs. Experience within consulting, strategy, or investment banking environments is highly valued, as the position requires collaboration across diverse teams and international stakeholders to support strategic growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support organizational transformation and change management initiatives to ensure successful program delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives that promote business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage complex projects, maintaining alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or IT-related fields.
