This role calls for a proactive and skilled professional to support the Minister’s Office by driving strategic planning and ensuring the effective implementation of the Minister’s vision. The successful candidate will translate broad objectives into concrete initiatives, manage communications, and coordinate engagement with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong research, analytical, and writing abilities are essential, along with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining alignment with overarching policy goals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic planning and prioritization process by transforming the Minister’s vision into clear work streams, policy initiatives, and cross-departmental priorities. Prepare strategic briefs, talking points, and policy notes tailored for various settings such as meetings, parliamentary sessions, media engagements, and international forums. Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the Minister, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with policy objectives. Oversee the preparation and management of agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for boards, inter-ministerial committees, and leadership meetings, ensuring that decisions are implemented promptly. Coordinate the Minister’s interactions with key stakeholders including ministries, regulators, development partners, investors, and international institutions. Monitor commitments, deadlines, and risks associated with priority projects and reforms, using digital workflow and reporting tools to support ministerial oversight. Carry out additional duties as assigned by the competent authority.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Social Sciences, International Relations, Public Administration, or a related discipline is required. Candidates must demonstrate proven experience in research, analysis, and writing, complemented by strong computer literacy skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
International qualifications or relevant overseas experience are highly desirable. Recent experience in similar roles within comparable organizations is preferred, showcasing the ability to operate effectively in high-level, fast-paced environments.
