This position requires a Master’s degree in an HR-related field from an HEC-recognized university and involves providing comprehensive support across various human resource functions within the organization. The role is centered on implementing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, maintaining accurate employee records, facilitating onboarding, and coordinating payroll inputs. Additionally, the candidate will assist with performance appraisals, training coordination, and HR reporting, while ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance in handling personnel data. The role also includes providing administrative support for HR activities and performing other duties as assigned to contribute effectively to the HR department’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of approved HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent and fair application throughout the organization.
- Coordinate recruitment processes by preparing job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to recruitment, attendance, leave, contracts, and training to facilitate smooth HR operations.
- Facilitate onboarding, induction, and orientation programs to help new employees integrate seamlessly into the organization’s culture and processes.
- Collaborate with the Finance department to coordinate payroll-related inputs such as attendance tracking, leave management, and contract renewals.
- Assist in the performance appraisal process, support training coordination, and prepare HR reports to aid employee development and align with organizational goals.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance in managing personnel files and handling sensitive HR data to protect employee privacy and adhere to legal requirements.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for HR meetings, training sessions, and internal communications to enhance the efficiency of HR functions.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the competent authority to support the overall effectiveness of the HR department.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in an HR-related field from an HEC-recognized university.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, compensation and benefits, training and organizational development, and HR policy implementation.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- International qualifications or relevant experience are highly desirable.
- Recent experience in HR roles at a similar level within other organizations is preferred, reflecting a solid understanding of HR best practices and operational standards.
