We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform and the broader Power Platform suite. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other developers to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Development:
- Develop custom applications, plugins, workflows, and integrations using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE modules to meet business requirements.
- Design and implement data integrations and migrations.
System Maintenance and Support:
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure system performance, security, and reliability.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
- Document technical specifications and solution designs.
Innovation and Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and optimizations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions with Dynamics 365 CE.
- Proven experience with Power Platform tools, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience with JavaScript, C#, .NET, and other relevant programming languages.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE architecture and data model.
- Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE modules.
- Ability to develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations.
- Knowledge of Azure services and their integration with Dynamics 365.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect or equivalent certifications.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
