We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify and target potential customers through various channels (cold calls, networking, referrals, etc.).  
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.  

2. Sales Process Execution:

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients.  
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.  
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.  

3. Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.  
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitors, and product offerings.  

4. Administrative Duties:

  • Prepare and submit accurate sales activity reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.  
  • Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.  

5. Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and enhance customer experiences.  
  • Provide feedback to improve product offerings and address customer concerns effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.  
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on relationship building.  
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
