The Calling Agent will be responsible for contacting prospective and current customers to inform them about our products or services, address their inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role involves effective communication, maintaining records, and handling a high volume of calls with professionalism and accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or call center experience is a plus.
Proven experience as a Calling Agent, Telemarketer, or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
