This position does not require managing a team but demands hands-on involvement with company project management related to ERP solutions. The specialist works closely with various departments to address software challenges, using their knowledge of tools such as SAP ERP and problem management applications to deliver prompt and reliable resolutions. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential to successfully identify and rectify system issues that impact business processes.
Responsibilities

Perform detailed analysis of ERP system issues related to internal company projects focused on HR and Finance domains.
Diagnose software problems accurately to determine root causes and develop effective resolution strategies.
Troubleshoot data migration processes to ensure data integrity and seamless transition between systems.
Utilize problem management tools to track, document, and resolve ERP-related incidents systematically.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and feedback for continuous system improvements.
Monitor ERP system performance and identify potential risks or issues before they impact operations.
Provide expert recommendations to enhance ERP system functionality and reliability based on troubleshooting insights.
Support software updates and patches by assessing their impact on existing configurations and workflows.
Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions to create knowledge resources for future reference.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP technologies, especially SAP ERP, and best practices in issue resolution.
