About Us:
Comtanix is a fast-growing situated in Bahria Phase 8, Rawalpindi. Currently we are looking for an experienced individual for the post of ‘’Employee Relations Specialist’ with great verbal and written communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Creating a workplace culture that is engaging and motivating for employees.
- Creating opportunities for employees to connect with each other, providing professional development opportunities, and creating a positive work environment.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on the most complex issues, supporting our team in all people related areas including onboarding, performance management, succession planning, retention, talent development, compensation and rewards, employee relations and employee engagement.
- Provide new ideas and new ways to improve the employee experience aligned to our employee value proposition.
- Provide onboarding support for new hires and often work alongside other teams, including Recruitment.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Files documents into appropriate employee files (physical/electronic).
- Performs HRIS (Workday) related responsibilities including recording updates, timely entry of new joiners, marking terminations, etc.
- Prepares new-employee files/folders.
- Any task assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
- Interaction with employees.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and HR-related software applications.
- BBA in HRM, Psychology or Master's degree in a relevant discipline may be preferred.
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to work independently & effectively at all levels within an organization.
