Prime Blessings School is looking for a passionate and committed Computer Teacher to join our team, focusing on primary grade students. The ideal candidate will introduce young learners to basic computer skills and digital literacy, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes curiosity and confidence in technology. This role demands creativity and patience to design age-appropriate lessons that are both enjoyable and effective, helping students build a strong foundation in ICT.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach foundational computer skills such as typing, basic software use, and internet safety.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans that align with the school’s ICT curriculum for primary students.
- Employ creative and interactive teaching methods to engage young learners.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive classroom environment.
- Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning.
- Ensure proper use and upkeep of computer lab equipment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and participate actively in staff meetings and professional development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related discipline.
- Experience teaching young children, preferably in a school environment.
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and patience essential for working with early learners.
- Basic proficiency with educational software and technology tools designed for children.
- Ability to integrate technology effectively into classroom instruction.
This is a full-time, in-person position with a starting salary of Rs45,000 per month. The role offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to the foundational education of young students while working in a collaborative and supportive school setting.
