Open AI Prompt Engineer

We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Prompt Engineer to join our team and collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and developers to design and optimize the interactions between users and advanced language models, such as GPT-4. Your expertise will ensure that AI outputs are accurate, context-aware, and aligned with business and user goals. This role requires creativity, technical know-how, and a deep understanding of human-AI interaction to craft the best prompts that achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Prompt Crafting & Optimization:
- Design effective and efficient prompts for OpenAI models to generate desired outputs across various use cases (e.g., customer support, creative writing, data analysis).
- Conduct iterative testing and refining of prompts to ensure consistent, high-quality AI responses.
Use Case Development:
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into prompt-based solutions.
- Identify new opportunities for deploying large language models (LLMs) to address emerging challenges across multiple industries.
AI Output Evaluation & Monitoring:
- Analyze AI-generated responses to measure relevance, coherence, and correctness.
- Develop quality metrics and feedback loops to continuously improve the performance of prompts.
Knowledge Management & Documentation:
- Maintain a repository of successful prompt templates and best practices.
- Provide detailed documentation on prompt design methodology, challenges, and results for internal stakeholders.
Collaboration with AI & Data Teams:
- Work with machine learning engineers to fine-tune models and calibrate prompt configurations.
- Liaise with customer success and product teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients' specific needs.
Research & Innovation:
- Stay up to date with developments in prompt engineering, NLP, and LLMs.
- Experiment with new AI models and features to drive innovative solutions.
