Responsibilities
- Lead the full stack development process by designing, coding, and testing new features across frontend and backend systems.
- Manage a team of three developers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient data exchange and integration between client applications and backend services.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement and optimize database schemas and queries to support application functionality and performance.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code by adhering to industry-standard practices and company policies.
- Deploy and manage applications using version control systems, continuous integration, and delivery pipelines.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of user interfaces using React and associated libraries like Redux.
- Conduct API testing and debugging using appropriate tools to verify functionality, performance, and security.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to current development practices and tools.
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to fix defects and enhance application stability and usability.
- Monitor application performance and implement enhancements to improve user experience and system scalability.
