We are seeking a full-time, on-site Computer Hardware, Software, and Network Technician based in Lahore, Pakistan, to join our team during the morning shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing computer hardware, providing software support primarily for Windows operating systems, and troubleshooting LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity issues. This role also involves ensuring network security, managing data backups, performing preventive maintenance, handling inventory control, coordinating with vendors, and offering technical assistance to end-users.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair computer hardware issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Provide software support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows and related applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve LAN and Wi-Fi network problems to maintain stable connectivity.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect systems and data.
- Conduct regular backups and ensure data integrity.
- Perform preventive maintenance on hardware and network devices to avoid potential failures.
- Manage inventory of hardware and software assets, ensuring accurate records.
- Coordinate with external vendors for procurement, repairs, and service agreements.
- Assist end-users with technical problems and provide timely resolutions.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in computer hardware repair, software support, and network troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common software applications.
- Practical experience with LAN and Wi-Fi network setup and maintenance.
- Familiarity with security protocols, backup procedures, and preventive maintenance practices.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates with additional certifications in networking or hardware repair will be preferred.
- Competitive salary range between PKR 35,000 and 50,000 based on experience and qualifications.
