Saudi Pak a development finance institution (DFI) and a joint venture between the Government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a Paid up capital of Rs. 6.6 billion contributed as 50-50% share was established in 1981 as a Private Limited Company and converted into a Public Limited Company in 2008.
