We are a 100% remote IT & Human Resources services company with a team of 150+ people living and working remotely in 17 countries around the world. Our company was founded in Germany 27 years ago. We live the philosophy of digital, location independent and flexible work for our employees as well as in the business model every day.

What motivates our co-operation and our team?
We have some daily rituals that make us strong and weld us together. These include short stand-up meetings in the teams, a daily paid coffee break, individual e-learning plans and our after-work events. We know each other as if we were in an office, but we have never all met in person. We value team cohesion and know how hard it is to sit at the laptop all day long and sometimes feel lonely.
