Using art and technology, it contributes to the production of new knowledge and creates opportunities for learning and enhance creative thinking, for the benefit of students, professionals, artists and the wider community.

MISSION
OKIO mission is to develop, contribute and present role of national leadership in education for the successful future of every community.
To develop understanding creatively and appreciation of art’s complex role in reflecting and affecting how people relate critically and creatively to a changing world.
To contribute to Pakistan educational system in the production of creativity and imaginative thinking, using art and science and its presentation.¬¬
To present an innovative programme and platform of well-researched, visually stimulating and thoughtful exhibitions and activities, which make a distinctive contribution to their fields and win the respect and attention of local, national and international audiences.
To take a national leadership role in developing educational activities that deepen an understanding of how art and technology combine and work to produce meaning and advance knowledge.
To develop a community for creative and imaginative thinkers where ideas and practices can be explored and tested.
To professionally manage and develop the Pakistan Art Community that enhances and enlivens the physical environment of the Educational Sector and supports its educational objectives by encouraging direct and daily contact with works of art.
