IGI Life Insurance Limited (“the Company”) was incorporated in Pakistan on October 9, 1994, as a public limited company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984. Its shares are quoted on the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (formerly Karachi Stock Exchange Limited). The Company commenced its operations on May 25, 1995, after registration with the Controller of Insurance on April 30, 1995. The registered office of the Company is situated at 7th Floor, The Forum, Suite No. 701-713, G-20, Block 9, Khayaban-e-Jami, Clifton, Karachi which is also the principal office of the Company.
