"BMTC" was formed in 2011 by a group of bankers / trainers who, in their individual capacity, have been active in the field of banking as well as training for no less than two decades each. All of the constituent partners have extensive hands on practical experience of almost all the important banking functions. They started their careers in the banks and other prestigious organizations from mid-level and handled various important portfolios of banking activity thus gradually growing to senior level positions.

All constituents have held top positions in training or learning departments of various banks thereby catering to the need based staff training in the areas of banking and management / supervisory skills.

On the average each partner has a banking experience of over 20 years and a training experience of over 11 years. Average number of courses conducted goes well beyond 200 per head.
